Great quality and service

I purchased a Crescent Meditation Pillow and an Essential Oil Blend from Renoo. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I received an order confirmation almost immediately and a shipping notification a couple of days later. Delivery took exactly 6 days to reach my address in New York. The pillow is firmly packed with buckwheat hulls, as described, and provides excellent support. The essential oil blend smells wonderful and the diffuser works well with it. I had a quick question about cleaning the cushion cover, and customer support responded within 24 hours with clear instructions. Everything was packed securely, and the products arrived in perfect condition. It's clear they pay attention to detail.

Consistent quality, always reliable

This was my third time ordering from Renoo, this time I got one of their Wellness Gift Sets for a friend. As usual, the product quality was top-notch, just like my previous Zafu Cushion and Aromatherapy Candles. They're consistently good with their items, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping was pretty fast too, arrived in about 4 days, which is what I've come to expect from them. It's nice knowing I can count on them for well-made, ethically sourced products. The gift set looked really nice, my friend loved it.

Absolutely loving my new Zafu!

Oh my goodness, Renoo is just the best! I ordered a Zafu Cushion and it arrived so quickly. The quality is amazing, and it looks beautiful in my meditation space. I can't believe how much difference a good cushion makes. I've already told my friends about it, and I'm definitely going to shop here again soon!

Nice cushion, comfy

Got a Round Meditation Pillow from Renoo last week. It's really nice and super comfy for my morning meditations. Took about five days to get here, which was fine. The fabric feels good too. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

Good value, solid cushion

I was looking for a meditation cushion that wouldn't break the bank. I picked up a Zafu Cushion during a seasonal sale. Got 10% off and free shipping since my order was over $100, which made it feel like a really good deal. The cushion itself is well-made, firm, and comfortable. My only small issue was that tracking info took a day to update, but it arrived in about 5 days, so no real complaints.

Good price, slow delivery

I was looking for a good deal on a meditation set and Renoo had a decent one on a Meditation Set during their holiday sale. The price was competitive, and I liked that it included both a cushion and a mat. The checkout was a bit confusing, I almost missed where to put my code. It took about 9 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long, especially since I was eager to start using it. The product itself is good quality though, and for the price I paid, it was worth it in the end.

Decent purchase, small issue

I bought a Round Meditation Pillow and a Palo Santo Stick. The pillow is comfortable and looks nice in my living room, exactly as pictured. Shipping was pretty quick, got here in about 4 days to Austin. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about cleaning the pillow cover. My only minor gripe is that the palo santo stick was a bit smaller than I expected for the price. Overall, a good experience, but maybe check product dimensions more closely next time.

Overall positive experience

My order included a Crescent Meditation Pillow, an Essential Oil Blend, and an Eye Pillow. Ordering was straightforward on their site; I found everything easily. Delivery took 6 days to reach me, which was within the expected timeframe. The crescent pillow is very supportive and the fabric feels durable. The essential oil blend has a lovely, subtle scent that isn't overpowering. The eye pillow is soft, but I wish it had a removable cover for easier washing. I did contact support about how to best clean the eye pillow, and they responded quickly with helpful tips. Everything arrived well-packaged. I appreciate that they focus on ethical sourcing, which was a big draw for me.
